Stein Care was built on the belief that care should never feel distant or transactional.
As a nonprofit organization serving communities throughout New Jersey, Stein Care provides home care, palliative care, hospice care, and supportive community programs designed to care for the whole person. Our work extends beyond medical support alone. We care for individuals and families emotionally, spiritually, socially, and practically through every stage of life and health.
We believe the strongest care begins with relationships. The kind built through trust, consistency, compassion, and truly knowing the people behind each story. Whether we are supporting someone in their home, helping a family navigate difficult decisions, or creating spaces for connection through outreach and education, our goal is always the same: to help people feel supported, understood, and less alone.
Stein Care is deeply community based in both spirit and practice. Our caregivers and teams are part of the neighborhoods we serve. We partner with local hospitals, faith communities, organizations, and families to create support systems that extend beyond a single visit or service. Through educational programs, bereavement support, community events, and direct care, we strive to be a trusted presence people can turn to when they need guidance, comfort, or connection.
